The sun showed us love in ChiTown this weekend! Because of its quick appearance we experienced some really nice high 70 degree weather in the middle of October! I mean the sun brought some of everything out including these rhino legs of mine!!! That’s right, your girl oiled these beautiful, thick, brown, legs up and strutted in 6 inch, red, Steve Madden pumps on Saturday at the Dream Big: Fashion and Beauty Conference that was held at Morgan’s on Fulton.

My green baby doll dress, which was designed and made by me, was a hit! It was adorned with a bold yellow African print fabric on the sleeves and a bow at the collar. I didn’t feel the need to add accessories because I wanted the dress to get the attention and sometimes accessories can take away from an ensemble. But of course the legs and the shoes complimented the entire look. {Sidenote: Ladies, learn to embrace every part of YOU! Confidence is the cherry on the top for any outfit!}
