Day 2 of pageant week was a lot more relaxed and fun (in my opinion), and also the kick off of the show. The evening of day 2 was the optional competition for the Miss Plus America Pageant. The 1 thing that I love about the MPA Pageant system is that our talent portion is totally optional (hints the title “Optionals”) for delegates and participation doesn’t affect crowning scores at all. In fact, there is a completely different set of judges specifically for the Optional competition! For Optionals, delegates have the choice of competing in the talent portion, spokesmodel competition, and fashion runway competition!
As if watching the ladies on stage and interviewing them behind the scenes wasn’t fun enough, I partied with the queens later that night at our annual Miss Plus America Pajama Party!
